When it Clicks is a Birmingham-based innovation studio that helps organisations work more clearly, creatively, and collaboratively. We design and facilitate practical workshops, team away days and project stewardship that cut through the jargon and make innovation feel accessible, useful, and enjoyable. Our work brings people together across roles, disciplines, and perspectives to tackle complex challenges, generate ideas, and make real progress.
We specialise in helping teams frame problems, understand their users, explore new opportunities, and turn early ideas into practical next steps. Whether it’s a single workshop or a full innovation away day, everything we do is hands-on, human-centred, and action-oriented. Alongside our workshops, we offer ongoing stewardship and mentoring, supporting teams as projects develop.
